My journey toward wellness began while working for Dr. LeRoy Perry, a renowned chiropractor and Olympic team doctor. At his International Sportscience Institute, I saw firsthand how nutrition and movement shape performance, longevity, and overall health. But I also witnessed what happens when the body doesn’t get the support it needs.

That experience, paired with personal loss and the challenge of being a busy single mom, led me to create Revive & Thrive Juice Co. I needed real nourishment for myself and my son—and juicing became the powerful, practical solution that transformed our lives.

Today, I’ve turned that personal journey into a wellness company built on a mission: to help others thrive with functional, purpose-driven nutrition.
